# About this guide

76 Bites is built for visitors fitting food into a busy Branson day. It organizes practical stops by the kind of break a visitor wants to make, while keeping location, timing, and access details easy to recognize.

## Quick stops are the focus

The guide is for coffee, breakfast, a quick meal, a signature snack, a sweet treat, or a food-truck stop that can fit between shows, attractions, shopping, and other plans. It is not a ranking of Branson restaurants and inclusion is not presented as an endorsement or paid placement.

A business may appear in more than one category when the same physical location serves genuinely different quick-stop needs. Those category appearances lead to one location page so the address, hours, and other facts stay together.

## The four visitor-use categories

Sweet treat covers ice cream, frozen treats, bakeries, and other dessert-focused stops. Quick meal covers practical counter-service, pickup, grab-and-go, and similar food stops. Coffee & breakfast covers coffee shops, bakeries, breakfast counters, and morning-friendly stops. Food truck identifies an operating mobile-food location or food-truck window.

Cooked to order does not automatically mean fast. When preparation time can matter, the listing says so instead of treating every counter or window as an immediate stop.

## How locations are selected

76 Bites normally favors independent local businesses. Andy's Frozen Custard, A&W Restaurant at Tanger Outlets, and 7 Brew Coffee are the three approved chain exceptions in the current Branson guide.

A listing must fit a quick-stop use case and be open to the public. Member-only benefits, permanently closed businesses, and places outside the approved Bites service area are not included.

## Local clues that help visitors

Colored-route badges are physical-location clues. A badge means the business is located on that Branson route; Highway 76 locations do not receive a Green Route badge.

Seasonal describes Branson's visitor operating pattern, not the weather. It is a reminder that a venue may reduce hours or close during the winter lull and that visitors should confirm current operation before making a special trip.

## How information is handled

The guide uses visible, practical wording for ordering style, hours, location, and timing. Unknown details are left out rather than turned into recommendations.

Information is verified using official business pages and other primary sources when available. Current hours and operating status should still be confirmed directly before visiting, especially for seasonal venues and food trucks.

76 Bites is a curated guide and does not claim to include every business that might meet its quick-stop criteria.
